Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the Service. It is understood that upon submission of the registration form, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If Customer does not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, Customer may not access or use this Service. Orange may at anytime modify these terms and conditions, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting them of.
Customer understands that in case of conflict or inconsistencies between the on-line payment and the monthly bill received by Customer through mail or courier service, the latter shall prevail. If Customer online credit card payment has not been successfully executed resulting to a dispute with Customer?s credit card company, Customer hereby authorizes Orange to charge back to Customer?s account the unpaid bill.
Orange does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Service.
Orange shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely Customer?s responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information Customer needs to provide through the Service or on the Internet generally.
Orange does not warrant that the Service will be available at all times; therefore the Service and any software made available on the Service are provided on an "as is, as available" basis.
Orange is not responsible for any wrong payment entry and the payment will be uploaded to the customer?s account and it will not be refundable at all.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Orange, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation or breach of these terms and conditions by Customer.
Notwithstanding the following, Customer hold Orange free and harmless from suit or action arising from improper use of data, unauthorized intrusion into the site, unlawful exposure of data and misuse of credit card.
Customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to evaluate and assure the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any opinion, advice, services or other information provided. The information on this Web Site may be changed or updated without notice. Orange may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programs described on this Web Site at any time without notice.

As a condition of Customer use of the Service, Customer warrants to Orange that Customer will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The Service is provided to individuals only and for personal use only. Customer agrees to use the Service only to pay a bill online. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.
Customer is also aware that the payment he/she is intending to do needs at least 1 working day to be reflected on the account.
