Terms of Service

By submitting Your request, you will by requesting the service described below (the "Service") from Jordan Telecom ("Orange") through http://www.Orange.Jo (the "Site"), a web site maintained by Orange. The Service will be provided to you subject to the subscription terms and conditions with a consideration of the following terms and conditions:

ACCEPTANCE

By confirming below that these terms have been reviewed and accepted by you, you will be bound by these terms and they will form the submission agreement between you and Orange upon which the Service will be provided. Orange will not be required to perform the Service requested by you through the Site until it accepts your request in writing by signing the subscription contract of the requested service.

SERVICE

All services which are published at Orange’s website.

REGISTRATION

You must register for the Service. As part of the registration process, you must (a) provide certain information in completing Orange's Registration Form, (b) warrant such information to be current, complete and accurate and (c) update such information to keep it complete and accurate at all times. You must be of a legal age that gives you the right to form enforceable contracts (eighteen years of age or older) to register for the Service. Orange reserves the right to refuse the your submission for any reason.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must (a) comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Service, (b) not use the Service for any illegal purpose, (c) not use the Service to infringe and/or cause harm to any third party. You are solely responsible for all data / information given and for protecting such data from loss or theft.
In this respect, Orange shall never hold liability and/or responsibility regarding any information given by you and shall have the right to investigate in case of fraud.

PRIVACY

While Orange will attempt to protect information about you from inadvertent disclosure, it does not assume any responsibility if such information is disclosed through the Service or the Site due to circumstances beyond Orange's control.

DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE RENDERED BY ORANGE WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND. AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE PRECEDING SENTENCE, ORANGE DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT (A) THE SITE WILL BE ERROR FREE, (B) DEFECTS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

ORANGE WILL NOT, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, THE SITE OR ANY OTHER MATTER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOST PROFITS), EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN FORESEEN BY ORANGE.

NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

No individual or entity is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement. Each provision of this Agreement may be enforced only by Orange or you or, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, any successor or assignee of Orange or you.

MISCELLANEOUS

These terms and conditions (a) may be amended by Orange at any time (b) inure to the benefit of and are binding upon you and Orange and each of your and Orange's successors and assignees, except that you may not assign any of your obligations under these terms and conditions without first obtaining the written consent of Orange, (c) are governed by, and will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan(d) constitute the entire agreement between you and Orange with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior oral and written proposals, representations, understandings and agreements.
